Xandar Kardian is seeking Sales Representative to join their Sales Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Representative plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationship with our prospective and valued clients. You will be the initial point of contact for clients, assessing their needs and providing solutions ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and is a true believer and champion of our technology.

Position Summary:
Xandar Kardian is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare organizations, senior care facilities, and medical providers to introduce and sell cutting-edge health monitoring solutions. Your focus will be on driving qualified opportunities, delivering value-based conversations, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound channels. Engage with key decision-makers such as healthcare administrators, procurement teams, and clinicians.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct meetings to understand client pain points in areas like patient monitoring, fall detection, occupancy analytics, or RPM (remote patient monitoring). Present tailored demos highlighting the value and clinical impact of our health tech solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using a CRM platform (Dynamics 365). Proactively manage pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client hand-offs and high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with healthcare trends, regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines), and competitor offerings. Share market feedback with product and strategy teams.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales,
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (e.g., hospitals, long-term care, senior living, outpatient clinics)
  • Proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders in clinical or administrative roles
  • Experience with virtual selling tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Background in health IT, telehealth, remote monitoring, or ambient sensor technologies
  • Familiarity with health tech procurement processes and clinical workflows
  • Experience working with payers, providers, or integrated health systems

About the Role:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their goals, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
  • Possible: Qualify leads and match opportunities to use case.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work collaboratively with the sales team to expand our footprint within existing client accounts.
  • Develop and execute upselling strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement strategic account plans that align with their business objectives and our product offerings.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues.
  • Work closely with the clinical, operations, product development and marketing, teams to ensure client needs are met and product enhancements align with market demands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Xandar Kardian’s product and service offerings.
  • Educate clients on new features, updates, and industry trends.
  • With the sales team, monitor, maintain and analyze key account records and metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients on their usage other relevant KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with internal teams to implement solutions.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
