It is not medical advice, and it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any product or security. Content. Text, images, films and logos on this site belong to Xandar Kardian Inc. or are used with permission. Press kit materials may be used in editorial coverage of the company with credit; any other use needs written permission.

Accuracy. We take care to keep the site accurate and current. Figures described as retrospective findings are not claims about the performance of the device. Registrations are listed as at the revision date above.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

No cookies, no advertising trackers. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Forms. When you send us a form, the details you type (name, organisation, email, country, your message and the topic you chose) are received by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to the responsible person at Xandar Kardian. We use them to answer you and, if you asked about investment, partnership or a role, to follow up on that request. We keep them as long as the conversation is live and for our records afterwards. Write to us to have them deleted.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers log requests (IP address, page, time) for security and operations for a short period.

Links. kardianhealth.com, kardian.com, the customer portal and the investor site each have their own notices.

Product and app privacy. The privacy policy for Xandar Kardian products and apps is separate and is provided with the product.

The XK300 family is a Class II medical device, FDA-cleared under 510(k) K202464 (2021) for measuring heart rate and breathing rate in adults in general care, including nursing homes and home healthcare, and for presence and motion. It is registered in Canada (licence 112865), Australia (ARTG 475255), Singapore (HSA DE0509797) and Thailand (69-2-2-2-0002689), and is manufactured under an ISO 13485 quality system audited under MDSAP. It is a prescription device, supplied through healthcare providers.

The XK300 does not diagnose any condition and is not an alarm system for acute or life-threatening situations. Outcome figures on this site are retrospective findings from care settings and published work; they are not cleared indications and not claims. Heartbeat Clarity is investigational. XK does not predict or diagnose health events.

Kardian Somily is a separate general wellness product for individuals. It is not a medical device and is not the cleared device.
