A young engineer laughing in a bright office
Careers

Is growth on your radar?

Six roles open now. A small company doing hard physics for a large purpose. We hire people who are obsessed with getting it right, driven to ship it, hands-on with customers, and thinking bigger than the room they are in.

Working here
Where

Hybrid, by design.

Offices in North America and Asia, with colleagues across the United States, Canada and Asia. Most roles mix office days with remote work.

What you get

Competitive pay, bonus and equity.

Medical, dental and vision in North America, flexible hours and flexible time off, and a stake in the company.

How we hire

No more than three interviews.

Two virtual, one on site. We tell you where you stand at every step, and we say no quickly if it is a no.

Who thrives

Diverse by design.

Engineers, nurses, sales people and finance from many countries and backgrounds. Diversity, equity and inclusion are how we work, not a page.

Own the software people use with the sensor: the care-team dashboard, Insights, the API and integrations, and the apps. Turn what nurses and care teams need into a roadmap engineering can ship.

What you will do
  • Write the roadmap for the platform and keep it honest: what ships, when, why.
  • Spend time with customers on wards, in nursing homes and with remote-monitoring operators; bring back what they do at 3 a.m.
  • Work daily with engineering; write clear requirements for regulated software.
  • Own integrations: EMR, nurse-call, partner platforms.
What you bring
  • Product management on clinical or regulated software, ideally with a hardware component.
  • A habit of watching users before designing for them.
  • Enough technical depth to argue with engineers and enough restraint not to.

Build the cloud platform behind tens of thousands of sensors: data pipelines, the care-team dashboard, the public API and the integrations partners build on.

  • Build web front ends that nurses can read in one glance at night.
  • Work with the radar and firmware team on the interface between device and cloud.
  • Own quality: tests, monitoring, security, and the documentation a medical-device quality system expects.
What you bring
  • Strong TypeScript or a similar modern stack, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and an eye for performance.
