Is growth on your radar?
Six roles open now. A small company doing hard physics for a large purpose. We hire people who are obsessed with getting it right, driven to ship it, hands-on with customers, and thinking bigger than the room they are in.
Hybrid, by design.
Offices in North America and Asia, with colleagues across the United States, Canada and Asia. Most roles mix office days with remote work.
Competitive pay, bonus and equity.
Medical, dental and vision in North America, flexible hours and flexible time off, and a stake in the company.
No more than three interviews.
Two virtual, one on site. We tell you where you stand at every step, and we say no quickly if it is a no.
Diverse by design.
Engineers, nurses, sales people and finance from many countries and backgrounds. Diversity, equity and inclusion are how we work, not a page.

Own revenue and go-to-market for the XK300 across North America: hospitals, long-term care, home health and remote-monitoring operators, correctional and behavioural health.
- Set the commercial plan and run it: segments, channels, pricing frameworks and the partner mix, direct and through distributors and monitoring operators.
- Lead and grow the sales, partnerships and clinical-success team; carry the number with them.
- Turn proof into contracts: the outcome validation, the care-setting record and the reimbursement pathway, presented to executives and clinical leaders.
- Sit on the leadership team; report to the Chief Executive Officer.
- A record of building revenue for a regulated medical device or clinical software company in North America.
- Fluency with hospital and post-acute buying: value analysis, procurement, RPM and value-based care.
- Comfort with a small company where you sell, hire and build the playbook at the same time.
VP of OperationsOperationsDetails
Run the operation that puts sensors on walls and keeps them online: manufacturing, inventory and fulfilment across three regions, installation partners, activation and support.
- Own supply and demand planning with manufacturing and third-party logistics in North America and Asia.
- Build the installation and activation playbook partners follow, and the service levels customers are promised.
- Run customer support and the device fleet: RMAs, firmware roll-outs, connectivity, uptime.
- Work with quality and regulatory so operations stay inside the ISO 13485 system.
- Ten or more years in hardware or medical-device operations, including at least one scale-up.
- Hands-on with ERP, 3PL, inventory and field service.

Product ManagerProductDetails
Own the software people use with the sensor: the care-team dashboard, Insights, the API and integrations, and the apps. Turn what nurses and care teams need into a roadmap engineering can ship.
- Write the roadmap for the platform and keep it honest: what ships, when, why.
- Spend time with customers on wards, in nursing homes and with remote-monitoring operators; bring back what they do at 3 a.m.
- Work daily with engineering; write clear requirements for regulated software.
- Own integrations: EMR, nurse-call, partner platforms.
- Product management on clinical or regulated software, ideally with a hardware component.
- A habit of watching users before designing for them.
- Enough technical depth to argue with engineers and enough restraint not to.
Full Stack EngineerEngineeringDetails
Build the cloud platform behind tens of thousands of sensors: data pipelines, the care-team dashboard, the public API and the integrations partners build on.
- Design and ship services that ingest continuous sensor data and serve it to dashboards, apps and partners in real time.
- Build web front ends that nurses can read in one glance at night.
- Work with the radar and firmware team on the interface between device and cloud.
- Own quality: tests, monitoring, security, and the documentation a medical-device quality system expects.
- Strong TypeScript or a similar modern stack, SQL, cloud infrastructure, and an eye for performance.
- Experience with real-time or IoT data at scale is a plus; healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- You write things down.
Quality Assurance OfficerQuality and regulatoryDetails
Keep the quality system that every registration depends on: ISO 13485 under MDSAP, design controls, complaints and post-market surveillance, across a device sold in five countries.
- Run the quality management system day to day: documents, training, internal audits, CAPA, supplier controls.
- Own complaint handling and post-market surveillance; report what the field shows.
- Support regulatory submissions and renewals with FDA, Health Canada, TGA, HSA and Thai FDA, and the annual MDSAP audit.
- Work with engineering on design controls and change notification.
- Three or more years in medical-device quality or regulatory affairs; ISO 13485 and MDSAP experience.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR 820, IEC 62304 and risk management under ISO 14971.
- Precise, organised, unafraid to say no.
Radar engineers, clinical success, sales: tell us about yourself anyway.
We keep good introductions and come back to them when the role opens.
